Need Music!

I need your help!

I am officially bored with my "current faves" list on my iPod. I need new music! There is a $50 iTunes card in my future with 50 songs needed for a new playlist.

Please, please offer up some suggestions. It does not have to be a song that is popular right now. I just want to know some of your favorite songs. Send 1, send 100...just send me some download ideas!

I also don't care what genre, though I tend to like rock, country, 90s, and 80s the best. Really, no hip-hop or rap but anything else I'm willing to try.

Leave a comment with your suggestions, or send me an e-mail (flutterby417 at yahoo dot com).

I will publish the final list shortly! Please send at least one idea...imagine if everyone sent me their favorite song (even just one) the kind of awesome playlist I would have and I could share with you all!

Lady Humps by the Black Eyed Peas. (Nobody knows what it means...that's why is so provocative!) Maybe you can get the version sung by Fergie and Jesus!

Anyone get those two jokes?

"Divine Romance" by Phil Wickham
"Livin' On a Prayer" by Bon Jovi, because let's face it... Bon Jovi never goes out of style
"Hey there, Delilah" by the Plain White Tee's
And then there's my all-time never-get-tired-of-it favorite... "Pour Some Sugar On Me" by Def Leppard.

If I had an Itunes gift card I would get Jessica Simpson's new song, "Come on Over" and NKOTB's new album if available.

Then I would make a cd of them and give it to the great person that suggested it.

This is what I learned from watching the VMAs on Sunday:

1) There is no good new music
2) I'm too old to be watching the VMAs
3) If I'm too old, then Christina and Britney are too old to perform

However, I did like Pink's new song, and I promptly downloaded it on iTunes. It was the number one song on iTunes music store, but I don't remember the name.

"Walk You Home" by Karmina
"Give Me Your Eyes" by Brandon Heath

Liz, please quit downloading Simpson songs or I will have to quit being your friend.

I've been jamming to "Piece of Me" by our girl Britney for awhile now. That's right, I said it and I'm not embarrassed.

If that doesn't float your boat, try Justin Nozuka "After Tonight."

Hello..."Summer Girls" by LFO. I mean, nonsense lyrics paired with summer music. Can you possibly not LOVE it??
